In April 2022, I will complete the ADAPT Certified Functional Health Coach course run by the Kresser Institute in California and begin working towards full certification. I'm currently looking to connect with people who, no matter where they are on their health and wellness journey, are keen to find out more about what a health coach does and how I might be able to help.


I have over 15 years’ experience in the health and wellness sphere and I’m passionate about supporting you as you embark on these changes. My goal is to work in partnership with you, helping you to reconnect with your body and understand what good health looks and feels like. We may focus on what you eat, how you move, how you manage your stress levels and other factors that contribute towards a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. Wherever you feel you need help and focus, I’ll support you to experiment with what works best for you.
